The Lighthouse Global Equity Fund invests in very large market capitalisation “blue chip” stocks, listed on the major United States exchanges, that have strong growth characteristics.
The Global Equity Fund is a high conviction portfolio of 15 to 20 positions. It intentionally seeks companies with very high liquidity, conservative levels of debt, and strong histories of growing revenue, profit and free cashflow.
The Global Equity Fund’s objective is to deliver long-run net returns that are at least 2% pa higher than those of the MSCI All Country World Index. That index has averaged 13% pa over the last five years, so effectively the Global Equity Fund targets long-run net returns of at least 15% pa (pre-tax).
Independent market analysts have consistently ranked the Global Equity Fund as having the highest five year returns of all equity funds available to New Zealand investors.
